Victoria Releases New Single & Video

July 4th, 2011

“I’M GONE,” the second single from Victoria Banks’ sophomore album “Never Be The Same,” was released to country radio nationwide today. This up-tempo, feel good, “roll-down-the-windows and drive” song was produced, performed and solo written by Victoria.

“This song expresses how I was feeling a few years back when I was completely fed up with my life,” says Banks. “I got in the car and just started driving – no suitcase, no map, nothing. I ended up hanging out with a Cajun storyteller in a bayou near New Orleans. Sometimes you just have to say, ‘I’m out of here.’”

A video, directed and produced by Outernational Films’ Troy Niemans, was also released today. “Victoria is a true gem,” says Niemans. ”Her energy, her insight and her excitement made for a very rewarding collaboration. She is such a natural, passionate talent. The footage is beautiful.”
