Victoria Banks Launches “Horns or Halo” Contest in Support of her New Single

Victoria Banks is set to release her new single to Canadian country radio next week. “The Old Halo,” an up-tempo fan favorite about light-hearted revenge, promises to be the perfect summer anthem for radio listeners from coast to coast.

In celebration of the single’s release, one lucky winner will receive an autographed prize pack and a personal phone call from Victoria herself. The contest, suitably named “Horns or Halo,” requests that fans submit their best stories of breakup, revenge and redemption.

Banks considers “This Old Halo” the “hidden gem” of her debut album (“When You Can Fly”). “I wrote this song after a breakup of my own,” says Banks of the solely-penned tune. “Songwriting is therapy for me, and from what I hear from fans at my shows, this song is therapy for them too!”
