Victoria Banks joined the province of Saskatchewan in celebrating another successful Kinsmen Telemiracle.
Victoria cohosted the 20 hour telethon which collected $4,010,314 which will be used to support Saskatchewan people and organizations with attaining special needs equipment and access to medical assistance. Through Telemiracle dollars, the Kinsmen Foundation is able to gift, for example, mobility equipment, travel costs to get to medical facilities, community vans, and much needed equipment in hospitals and health centres.
Among the star studded cast of what has grown to be the provinces biggest charitable event, were annual favorites, Seseme Street icon, Bob McGrath, Beverly Mahood, and Brad Johner, as well as first time hosts, George Canyon, Carley Rae Jepsen, Sierra Noble, Michael Kaeshammer, The Northern Pikes and Matt Rappley.
As the show reached it’s 19th hour, Victoria joined the cast in singing “Rainbow Connection” as a special tribute to McGrath who marked his 33rd year with the event.
