The title track from Victoria’s “Never Be The Same” album is slated for release to Canadian country radio on Monday, October 24th. An undeniably powerful and emotional ballad, “Never Be The Same” (written with friend Mary Sue Englund) holds a special place in Victoria’s heart.

“To me, this song sums up the theme of the entire record,” says Banks. “Mary Sue and I have both experienced really tough losses in our lives, and we wanted to express how everything we go through, no matter how wonderful or terrible, becomes a part of the tapestry of who we are as human beings – that’s what life is about. We cried a lot of tears while we were writing this… but they were the kind of tears that felt good to cry.”
