CCMA Female Artist and Songwriter of the Year, Victoria Banks, releases the first single from her upcoming album “Never Be The Same” today. “‘Come On’ is uptempo and fun,” says Banks of her new single. “It’s about that crazy, breathtaking feeling of falling in love, so it’s perfect for a Valentine’s Day release. And it’s got that sing-able kind of melody that gets stuck in your head.”
“Come On,” co-written with hot new duo The JaneDear Girls, paves the way for the release of Victoria’s highly anticipated new project “Never Be The Same.” Coming after what can only be described as an emotional year for Banks, “Never Be The Same” is a collection of songs about strength, empowerment, healing and hope.
“Since my debut album came out, I’ve held trophies in my hands on national TV and mourned the loss of one of the most important people in my life,” Victoria says. “Music has always been my medicine, my way of connecting with other people and sharing the human experience. At its best, music shows us that we’re not alone and reminds us of what’s important in life. And that’s my goal with this record.”
Autographed copies of “Never Be The Same” are now available for pre-sale at www.victoriabanks.net. It hits stores and digital outlets this April.
